The staff was super friendly upon arrival and checking in very easy inconvenient with a great create your own key card option. The room was fantastic. We had a deluxe family room with plenty of space comfortable beds. The only criticism would be that there is very little storage just a tiny little alcove space and space to hang clothes. There’s so much space in the room. It seemed a little bit strange not to have included Storage options. "
