"L’appartamento si trova in un palazzo storico, affaccia solo in un cavedio perciò non ha alcuna finestra alla luce diretta ed é molto umido. Pur avendo soggiornato in aprile faceva freddo. "Excellent hotel. Very clean and the staff were extremely friendly and helpful. Very nice free continental breakfast in the morning in a very pleasant breakfast room. Would have no hesitation in recommending this hotel,and the next time I'm in Genoa, this is were I will be staying again."

"We had an amazing visit to Nervi. It was the most we could have hoped for in a location, in accommodations, and host hospitality. The property is modern, clean, and spacious, with a great view and perfect location for exploring the Ligurian coast.We have travelled a lot and have never experienced such a nice, informative, and welcoming host. Thank you so much to the host to went above and beyond expectations. "
"We had a pleasant stay at Rex Hotel Residence and wished we could’ve stayed longer! It’s an old-school hotel where you leave the key at the front desk rather than take it out with you, unless you’re returning after midnight.
The hotel offered a a discount for the restaurant next door, which we made use of, and there’s a Carrefour Express right under the restaurant for your convenience. The room had a little kitchenette with a microwave and hot plate, which was awesome for cooking ourselves a light breakfast and/or making tea.
3 beaches are walking distance from the hotel: Boccadasse, Vernazzola, and Sturla, so the location was perfect for us. "
"After a train delay and getting a bit lost in the dark in the park, I arrived late for checking in, but Guido sent someone to welcome me to the condo. In the morning I couldn’t believe what a beautiful location! Everything in the condo was comfortable, but the location and views of the condo are what sets it apart. I loved walking on the well-lit passeggiata in the early mornings and at night for dinner. I hope to return soon. "
