It was also extremely cheap this time round, perhaps because of the roadworks taking place outside, but these had zero impact on my stay, the hotel is tall and I heard no noise from them. "

"I was skeptical of this place being one of the cheapest places to stay, but I was not unimpressed. It’s an old building and they give you a key that you check in and out as you come and go if the day. It’s actually pretty smart. Upon checking in, the guy at the desk was very helpful and friendly and gave a few suggestions of places to walk to nearby and that was very helpful. The room was clean, the staff were friendly, and they cook you a breakfast each morning! They made me a full Scottish breakfast! This is a diamond in the rough and is close to The Kelvingrove museum and University! I give it like a 4.7 out of 5."
