"Great location, most sites walkable within 15 minutes, lots of bars & restaurants within 2-3 (but still quiet). Staff friendly and keen to help, but sometimes slightly not on point (eg waited a bit too long for drinks we ordered, the cap on my shower soap dispenser hadn't been removed causing me to have to do a work around until I could get hold of the cleaner, and of course you only discover these things when actually in the shower!). Staff Probably just stretched as they were friendly and helpful. Rooms a bit small, but hey, this is a very central property and anyway you are out exploring mst of the day. Great bang for the buck when compared to similar properties (maybe they have bigger rooms?). Would definitely stay here again."

"We stayed here during our trip to Mallorca in August and it was absolutely amazing! The staff were incredibly kind and helpful with anything we asked for or needed. The hotel was located on a quieter street but just a few minutes walking distance from all the restaurants and downtown Palma. The rooms were incredibly clean and the bed was so comfortable! They also had parking onsite so we didn’t have to worry about where to leave the rental. I can’t recommend this hotel and staff enough and if we come back I’d definitely stay there again! They made our stay super easy and I didn’t want to leave! PS: the decor was beautiful! "
