"I normally don't review hotels but for this one i will gladly do it; the hotel staff was nothing short of amazing, extremely helpful and delightful. The hotel itself beautiful, clean, extremely well located and the rooms were spacious and everything perfect! The restaurant of the hotel was spectacular, we had dinner there on our first night and were completely blown away by the quality of its kitchen, a fact that was several times confirmed at breakfast every morning were everything was...

"The most boutique of boutique perfectly aesthetic in every way, we stayed here for our honeymoon and rented a car. We loved every minute and cant wait to be back. The staff were all lovely and helpful. "

"Great location, most sites walkable within 15 minutes, lots of bars & restaurants within 2-3 (but still quiet).
Staff friendly and keen to help, but sometimes slightly not on point (eg waited a bit too long for drinks we ordered, the cap on my shower soap dispenser hadn't been removed causing me to have to do a work around until I could get hold of the cleaner, and of course you only discover these things when actually in the shower!). Staff Probably just stretched as they were friendly and helpful.
Rooms a bit small, but hey, this is a very central property and anyway you are out exploring mst of the day.
Great bang for the buck when compared to similar properties (maybe they have bigger rooms?).

"Very good service. The receptionist spoke very good English. They also helped us to book the private transfer from Palma airport to the hotel as per our request, it costs €34. They have welcome lolly pop and free tap water in the reception. The location is close to some pub, can easily get the food around. It is close to the big bus terminal, it's around 10 min walk, those buses can go to long journey e.g. Soller/ Pollenca etc . Private transfer from hotel to Alcudia is €110. Around 15-20 mins walk to cathedral, if it's not too hot, it is fine.
Breakfast
Hotel breakfast is around €42.5 for 2 adults and 1 child, baby is free. Buffet style breakfast is good. Orange juice is fresh squeezed. They have English breakfast, smoked salmon and Parma ham etc, plenty of choice
Swimming pool
They have 2 swimming pools. 1 at the top floor which is free. Good view and comfortable. 1 is at the basement which is €10 per person and booking is required. Sun bed is charged, it will be better if it can be free of charge with just booking required.
Hotel room
8 free drinks a day. They refilled the drinks in the fridge everyday. They included 2 coke, 4 beer and 2 sparkling water
The room is so clean. Bed is so comfortable and big enough for 2 adults, 1 child and 1 baby. Cot bed and sofa bed are clean too. They provide 2 pairs of sleepers which are comfortable too. Shower is good. Hot and cold water, no issues. Toiletries are normal.
