Comfortable family apartment ideally located for visiting Paris

  • Comfortable and spacious accommodation (87 square metres, 3 bedrooms, 2 bathrooms, balcony, terrace) on the 5th floor in a quiet area, ideal for families. Located in Saint Ouen, on the border of Paris and Clichy, very close to the metro/RER station of Saint Ouen.In the immediate vicinity: all shops (including hypermarket) and restaurants, direct access to the centre of Paris in 15 minutes by automatic metro (line 14), many buses to Montmartre and Arc de Triomphe, direct RER to Eiffel Tower, museums and Notre Dame, Line 14 + RER to Disney, and Palace of Versailles with change at Eiffel Tower. All means of transport are accessible in less than 5 minutes. If you come by car, it can stay in the closed car park of the building. On your arrival Pascal will introduce you to the apartment and advise you on the choice of transport and restaurants nearby. If you wish, he will accompany you in the surrounding area to allow you to view metro and RER stations, bus stops, shops, restaurants and parks.

Nice flat in Paris St. Ouen

A big and very clean apartment in a convenient location. The host was extraordinarily friendly and helpful.

Pascal was a great host. Met us to let us in and showed us around. Little details like using washing machine and dryer that helped with our stay. He made sure we knew where the grocery store was as well as closings due to the national holiday! Assistance and advice provided regarding transport as well. Thank you!

Excellent séjour en France, Pascal nous a accueilli et montrer les lieux à connaître dans le quartier. Excellent emplacement tranquille et près du métro 14 et RER C qui nous mène partout rapidement dans Paris.
