📌 Please note before booking:
* The apartment is ideal for four people. With six, two guests sleep on the 120 cm double sofa bed in the living room and there is little space to store luggage: for six adults, space becomes tight.
* The apartment has old walls: in winter, it takes time to warm up after your arrival and the indoor temperature can stay cool. If you feel the cold easily, bring warm clothes for a winter stay.
We prefer to mention this so that every guest can book with full knowledge. You will be on the ground floor of a secure building, in a quiet inner courtyard, a 5-minute walk from Tolbiac metro station, with two double bedrooms, an equipped open kitchen and a washing machine.

The apartment is entirely at your disposal, you have access to the whole apartment.
