Charming and cozy near Eiffel Tower and the Seine. Appartment, fully renovated, on the first floor of a1930 building, fully furnished, high ceiling and very rare: calm.   
One queen size bed in the bedrom and a large sofa (160cm) in the living room.  
  
TV in each room. WIFI high speed  
The flat is located at 10min walking distance from the Trocadero and Eiffel Tower.  
3 min walking to the metro stations Ranelagh or Pt Kennedy  
It is in the heart of a very active shopping district.

#### Perfect for our family

I stayed in Paul and Dominique’s apartment for a week when I visited Paris with my daughter and 14-year-old granddaughter. It was ideal for us.We chose the apartment because it was just 2 blocks from where my other daughter and her family live. If you don’t have family in the area, you might think that staying in the 16th arrondissement is too far from many of the Paris attractions, but the nearby metro and train stops make everything convenient. And like Parisians, we walked to many places. The Passy neighborhood is safe, relatively quiet, and there are cafes, bistros, boulangeries, patisseries, grocers, and shops all around.I can personally attest that the pull-out couch was extremely comfortable.Paul was an extremely gracious host, quick to answer questions.It was a wonderful week,

#### Excellent location

The place met our expectations exactly. We were very worried about a having to withstand a heat wave with no air conditioning, but even with extreme heat a few days, the place stayed cool. It is super well equipped with everything we needed. There were many shops, bakeries, and restaurants within very short walking distance. We highly recommend this place.

We loved it! The apartment is small but well appointed. We were close to the bus and metro and the neighborhood has restaurants and grocery stores. It is a lovely residential neighborhood. I would definitely stay there again.
