Bienvenue dans ce charmant appartement de 30m2 au cœur du 11ème arrondissement de Paris. Idéal pour deux personnes, ce cocon au 1er étage (sans ascenseur) offre une atmosphère conviviale entourée de restaurants et bars, avec le métro voltaire à seulement 50 mètres pour faciliter vos déplacements.  
  
Le studio comprend une cuisine équipée avec micro-ondes, cafetière, bouilloire, frigo, plaque de cuisson, et une machine à café Dolce Gusto. Profitez d'un lit double 140x190, d'une télévision, et d'une connexion Internet pour votre divertissement.  
  
La salle de bain est équipée d'une douche, avec sèche-cheveux, fer à repasser, et table à repasser inclus. De nombreux rangements assurent un espace organisé, et les draps, le savon et les serviettes sont fournis pour un séjour confortable et sans tracas. There was only one roll of toilet paper, no bath hand towels or dish towels for the kitchen. We had to supply our own paper towels and toilet paper. Plus, the shower stall did not have any place to hand the hand held shower nozzle so I had to be creative.
