The sleeping area consists of two cozy bedrooms with double beds and high-quality linens. The modern and functional bathroom features a shower, with shower gel, shampoo, and a hair dryer provided.

The apartment has a single toilet, located in the bathroom. For added comfort, you’ll also have access to a washing machine, iron, Wi-Fi, as well as sheets and towels for each guest.

⚠️ Important information, please read before booking:
* At 42 m² (452 sq ft), the apartment is ideal for four, with a double bed in each of the two bedrooms. With six guests, two of them sleep on the double sofa bed in the living room and the space becomes tight. The kitchen and the bathroom, which has the only toilet, are small for a group of six.
* The apartment is not air-conditioned. In summer, it can get hot, which may bother guests who are sensitive to heat.
We wanted to be fully transparent with you, so that your stay truly matches your expectations.

On the plus side, you will be in the 11th arrondissement, a 5-minute walk from Faidherbe-Chaligny metro station, on a quiet side street where you can sleep well, with comfortable beds and a washing machine.

Additional information: the apartment is located on the 1st floor of a secure building without an elevator.
