The neighborhood is safe and family-friendly with plenty to do on your doorstep. The apartment is located next to Place de la Nation, one of the most popular and well-connected neighborhoods in town! Spacious and central, this apartment will be the ideal holiday spot for your family holidays in Paris. The Space: Welcome to our new property! located in the heart of Paris and very well located you will be close to the Place de la Nation and Accor Arena stadium. The neighborhood offers a wide choice of restaurants and bars to suit all tastes; quality food shops, several supermarkets, and numerous bakeries and pastries. The shades on the large picture windows are see through, which means at night anyone accessing the courtyard can basically see into the apartment. There are no doors to the bedrooms and one small window in the back bedroom. The basement bedroom has no windows and no air movement. The internet was out and the hot spot processed had an up speed of 7MB and down speed of .04\. A regular webpage took upwards of 4 minutes to load and Zoom was not possible. Hosts tried multiple times to fix o tenet. Finally had to rent another apartment. ##### Timm R. The apartment is clean and well kept. You have all the cooking supplies you could need in the kitchen minus seasoning. There are 3-4 nearby metro stations that you can use to get around the city for cheap as the apartment isn't exactly close to the main tourist attractions. I mean, you can walk, but it would be quite the walk. We were in a less touristy part of Paris which I for one loved. It was quiet and felt a lot like New York at times which was a nice reminder of home. My main complaint was the lack of wifi. The wifi provider had an issue before we arrived so the owner of the apartment gave us a little pocket wifi router to use. Thing is, it was a tiny router meant for 1 person. With 4 people online, the wifi was unbearably slow and there was little to no service around the area in general if you're not a local. Besides the issue with the wifi and the distance from the main tourist attractions, it was a very lovely place to stay. ##### Ambar R.
