Living room: An inviting space, equipped with a double sofa bed, TV and dining table. Perfect for relaxing moments or convivial meals.

Kitchen: Open-plan and fully equipped, with hob, microwave, dishwasher, Nespresso machine with capsules, sugar and tea, and toaster for gourmet breakfasts.

Master bedroom: A cosy room with a double bed and a single bed, designed to offer a restful night's sleep in a calm and relaxing setting.

Bathroom: Equipped with a shower gel and shampoo kit, as well as a hairdryer to make you feel at home. The bathroom has an integrated toilet for added convenience.

Amenities: Washing machine, TV , Wi-Fi included, iron, sheets and towels provided for each guest, to guarantee optimum comfort.

⚠️ Important information, please read before booking:
* The apartment is on the 4th floor without a lift and is reached by a narrow spiral staircase. Carrying suitcases up and down takes real effort, which can be very difficult for elderly guests or people with reduced mobility, families with young children and guests with heavy luggage.
* The apartment is in Bagnolet, just outside Paris, a 6-minute walk from Robespierre metro station (line 9). The alley leading to the building and the walk to the metro are uninviting, especially in the evening, which may make guests returning late feel uneasy.
* The sleeping area is set under the roof, with sloping ceilings. The ceiling is low in places, and tall guests need to watch their heads.
We wanted to be fully transparent with you, so that your stay truly matches your expectations.

On the plus side, you will be a few minutes' walk from metro line 9, which goes directly to central Paris, in a well-equipped apartment with a washing machine and a dishwasher, and beds our guests describe as comfortable.

The apartment is entirely at your disposal, and you have access to the entire property.

Arrival is autonomous thanks to a 24/7 arrival guide.

However, if you arrive after 11 p.m., it is crucial that you read and carefully follow the self-guided arrival guide provided. This will ensure trouble-free access to the property and avoid any inconvenience during check-in. Please note that after 11pm, we will not be able to respond to your requests or assist you if necessary. We cannot be held responsible for any misunderstanding on the part of the guide.
