This unique 1 bedroom apartment with separate mezzanine welcomes guests in the heart of Paris. Located in the 2nd arrondissement in the lively Montorgueil area. Montorgueil is a lively neighborhood that extends up to Les Halles shopping area. Its streets, newly made of cobblestones, are now pedestrian friendly and closed to traffic. Montorgueil is known for the many vendors where guests can find many bakeries, cheese mongers, and and bars for a nice glass of wine "en terrasse"!
The Space:
This cosy 1BDR/ 602 sqf- 56 m2 apartment, is full of light thanks to the large windows in the living area. The kitchen is open to the bright living area and is fully equipped. There is an office space located next to the living area and a mezzanine above the living area. The mezzanine can either be used as storage or for a visitor. The master bedroom has a comfortable queen sized bed and is located on the back of the apartment so very calm at night. There is a bathroom with shower and bathtub near the entrance to the apartment.

The well known Pompidou museum of modern art is located in this neighbourhood, remember to visit if you are a modern art lover !

Modern park Jardin Nelson-Mandela leads to specialty kitchen stores around Rue Montmartre, and the late-Gothic Église Saint-Eustache, where playwright Molière was baptized.
The area is also famed for late-night eateries.
The Seine-side Théâtre du Châtelet stages musicals.
