This hotel is very rundown. Wallpaper peeling off the walls, shower leaking like crazy, carpet was dirty, walls covered with mold or dirt…. It was listed as a 4* and should’ve been -4*. Terrible terrible place for what we paid. Never again!! And the people next to us were so loud and in the hallway laughing and making noise. Horrible!!!!!! People above stomped all night long.

Staff is super helpful and pleasant. The rooms have a little bit of a funny smell but our stay was nice. We had breakfast in the mornings and the food was fresh and had a good variety.

The property was nice enough. The room was clean but lots of construction going on out front. The staff was not warm and friendly. Customer service needs work. Shuttle bus driver was not that helpful. Multiple Ibis hotels and I was not sure which one was my hotel. He seemed annoyed with me asking. I walked into the restaurant to eat and a woman spoke to me as she walked out. After sitting for 10 minutes I walked into the kitchen looking for staff. A woman comes out and tracks down the woman that passed me coming in. She was the waitress!

Personnel désagréable vers 19h, limite discourtois... qui privilégie les touristes en les faisant passer en priorité, alors que je suis en déplacement pro et susceptible de venir toutes les semaines. On demande une consommation au bar, aucune courtoisie, le matin idem vers 6h30 pour un ticket pour sortir la voiture. J'irai ailleurs dorénavant même si je dois faire quelques kilomètres....

Une seule nuit dans l'IBIS de Rungis mais extrêmement satisfait de la prestation. Personnel très accueillant (en particulier Stéphane à la réception le dimanche soir), chambre spacieuse et propre, très bien insonorisé (ce qui est utile par rapport à l'emplacement), petit déjeuner copieux, varié, présenté avec soins et beaucoup d'attention de l'équipe en place dans une salle de restaurant moderne et joliment décoré. Et service de navette efficace pour se rendre à l'aéroport. Bref, un endroit que je recommande.
