Lovely place to stay really friendly and helpful owners. Parking and very nice evening meal on first night for a small charge. Convenient location easy to get too from bypass and great for public transport links into the centre of Paris.

My second stay at this hotel - as it is close to the office.
Five minutes walk from Gambetta metro station (M3 line). Friendly welcome.
Breakfast can be brought to your room - no restaurant room. Plenty of cafes, restaurants and bars in the area.
Rooms are not sound proof. But are clean and comfortable.

We had an absolutely wonderful stay at this beautiful little boutique hotel. The hotel itself was stunning, full of charm and character, but what truly made the experience so special was the staff. They were incredible from the moment we checked in and made every evening feel so welcoming and relaxed.
I stayed here with my parents whilst running the Paris Marathon, and the team were genuinely excited and supportive throughout the trip. They even gave me a lovely little gift to write my times...

This was our second stay here - in a studio this time rather than a 1 bed apartment.
The room was obviously smaller, but clean and well organised.
We were in Paris in a heatwave, so it was very hot. There is no air conditioning, but the large fan supplied, plus the window shutter, allowed us to keep the room reasonably cool.
The shower was really good, particularly on cold, full blast!
We didn't do any cooking, but the fridge was great. The small freezer section did struggle to keep things...

It was a very lovely room with a great breakfast and helpful, kind staff. The area may not be the safest place to stay for young female travellers but that’s not the hotel’s fault. Many thanks for a wonderful stay!

Excellent stay. Room was lovely and clean and the reception staff extremely friendly and helpful. One issue was on one of the days we could not get breakfast as nowhere to sit and we had pre paid for this. Right near to a metro station.

A good sized room. Very clean. 40 meters from the Metro - (about 20-30) minutes to tourist attractions) with a little shop near the Metro open late to get water, drinks and snacks. But the best part was the staff. They were really fantastic! All of them. Value for money.
