Room was spacious as We got the Suite with window. Bed comfortable however housekeeping service needs improvement. The handovers looked old and worn. Washed cups n glasses were left to dry on a towel in the bathroom. So unhygienic. Ironing board was left on the floor for the 3 days we were there. Litter on carpet wasn’t removed; assumed wasn’t vacuumed during our stay. Concierge n doorman very polite n helpful. Overall a pleasant stay. Great location with easy walking access to the Malls.

We like peace and quiet. Cenang Beach interesting but not for us. We loved Pantai Kok beac and harbour. We had a fun day on the Mangoves - good value.
