"For a bed for the night it did the job. However, the duvet cover was ripped and the general maintenance of the room was poor. Little things were irritating like turning the tap on a getting totally drenched by it and a shower that took a few minutes going cold and boiling before it settled on a temperature, and then was a good shower. Also, housekeeping seemed to be making noise and hoovering right outside my door at 9am for well over an hour, but no offer of housekeeping for my room e.g. fresh towels, bath mats, toilet roll."

"We were given a room that having viewed others friends rooms was the worst, we had a very small room that was cold and asked for a heater and a view of a roof that was very dilapidated, not sure if we got the worse room because booked through Expedia also we had stuff left in the room from the previous guest"

"Some small issues, TV remote not working, bedside shelves wonky, no hand towel and air con not great. However the place was clean, staff friendly and has on-site parking. Overall it was reasonable for the price paid."

"It was an excellent stay. Gemma at the front desk was so bubbly and sweet. Very friendly and got our trip off to a great start. Room was spacious and clean, Food at the restaurant was great. Time between starter, main, pudding was perfect. Quality of food was great. Drinks were also great. I forget the name of the gentleman who was our server but he was delightful. Making lighthearted jokes and just being very helpful. We had a great stay"

"Lovely hotel first time we have stayed but won’t be our last . Lovely room and staff and great amenities eg pool , saunas and gym . Great value for money and will be booking again shortly "
