A main issue was that the service at the restaurant was very much sub-par, disorganized and somewhat chaotic. This was not the fault of the servers as they were doing their best to meet the demand and expectations while running around to serve multiple tables. The restaurant and bar just appeared understaffed. This made it difficult to have a relaxing lunch or dinner. Also, the gym had minimal equipment and not up to the expected standard for such a large and luxurious hotel. An outdoor pool with bar and snack-bar would have been nice too!"

The bar could be more atmospheric and less functional, and the gym is extremely basic (less of an issue in a place like Annecy which is a dream for fitness in general). Overall, it’s an excellent choice for Annecy."
