It can accommodate both couples, families with children but also groups. It has a fast internet connection for those who work in smart working. It is located on the ground floor of an elegant historic building from the 1900s with a private entrance. It is furnished in a modern-chic style with typical Sicilian objects and is very bright. The spaces are divided as follows: \- Entrance to the relaxation room with sofa / bed. \- BEDROOM 1 with double bed, flat screen TV, large wardrobe, window and private bathroom with window, toilet, bidet, large shower and hairdryer. (If necessary, a single bed can be added). \- BEDROOM 2 with double bed (2 single beds if necessary), flat screen TV, large wardrobe, window and private bathroom in the room with window, toilet, bidet, large shower and hairdryer. \- Kitchen / living room with hob, fridge, freezer, oven, microwave, toaster, coffee machine, including all kitchen utensils, dining table, TV screen. \- Tivitti is also equipped with air conditioning and heating, wifi throughout the house, wardrobe, washing machine, iron. The area is served by the main public, urban and extra-urban means of transport, shuttle runs to and from the Falcone and Borsellino airport in 20 minutes.
