It can accommodate both couples, families with children but also groups. It has a fast internet connection for those who work in smart working. It is located on the ground floor of an elegant historic building from the 1900s with a private entrance. It is furnished in a modern-chic style with typical Sicilian objects and is very bright. The spaces are divided as follows: \- Entrance to the relaxation room with sofa / bed. \- BEDROOM 1 with double bed, flat screen TV, large wardrobe, window and private bathroom with window, toilet, bidet, large shower and hairdryer. (If necessary, a single bed can be added). \- BEDROOM 2 with double bed (2 single beds if necessary), flat screen TV, large wardrobe, window and private bathroom in the room with window, toilet, bidet, large shower and hairdryer. \- Kitchen / living room with hob, fridge, freezer, oven, microwave, toaster, coffee machine, including all kitchen utensils, dining table, TV screen. \- Tivitti is also equipped with air conditioning and heating, wifi throughout the house, wardrobe, washing machine, iron. It also has an internal terrace with outdoor furniture. Ample free parking on the street. The area is served by the main public, urban and extra-urban means of transport, shuttle runs to and from the Falcone and Borsellino airport in 20 minutes.
