A pleasant stay...depending on your room!

There was a major problem with the electricity in the room - at one point I could not even have two lights plugged in simultaneously - and the facility was unable to solve it. I later got a text apologizing, saying that it was because the electricity for two rooms were connected. This problem needs to be ironed out before renting out the room. And I do believe that the hotel should have offered me compensation for this inconvenience. The young lady I dealt with was very pleasant, as responsive as was possible, and had lots of tourism tips, but that was not enough.

La posizione è molto centrale con una cucina ben attrezzata e un bagno fornito del necessario. La terrazza è molto gradevole e confortevole. Sara, la ragazza che ci ha accolte, ci ha fornito molte informazioni circa Palermo e i suoi servizi ed è stata davvero disponibile durante tutto il nostro soggiorno. Ci sono, tuttavia, anche note dolenti. In primo luogo, non era specificato il fatto che la cucina fosse in comune; in secondo luogo, nella camera erano ampiamente visibili "restauri" alla buona con carta da parati e plexiglass. Nel complesso, la struttura era adeguata per un viaggio breve e la posizione e disponibilità dello staff hanno ripagato alcuni disagi.
