The holiday home Da Fratello Coscienza is located in Palermo and offers a wonderful sea view. The 80 m² property consists of a living room, a kitchen, two bedrooms and a bathroom, and can accommodate up to four people. Additional amenities include high-speed Wi-Fi (also suitable for video calls) with a dedicated workspace, smart TV with streaming services, air conditioning, and a washing machine. A baby cot is also available. The house features a private open terrace, ideal for relaxing in the evening.  
  
The location is very close to the beach and offers a picturesque sea view. You are 4 km from the city centre, 6 km from Palermo Central Train Station, 13 km from Monreale, 16 km from Isola delle Femmine, 32 km from Palermo Airport, and 73 km from Cefalù. Free on-street parking is available.  
  
Families with children are welcome. Pets are not allowed and smoking or parties are not permitted.
