Ciao, ti presento la mia Casa Giocosa! In un contesto tranquillo e riservato, dotata di tutti i comfort tipici in cui è ubicata. A 50 metri troverete fermata bus con collegamento diretto verso le zone di mare più gettonate della città ( Sferracavallo, Mondello) e diretti verso il centro storico, nel cuore del nostro capoluogo. A pochi passi troverete tutto ciò che può esservi utile ( farmacie, bar, tabacchi, supermercati). In casa è presente connessione wi-fi con Smart tv. Vi aspetto!  
Quartiere residenziale molto tranquillo e dotato di tutti i comfort Si ci può muovere in zona a piedi, prendendo i mezzi pubblici o noleggiando le auto mesei a disposizione dal Comune.
