The location was excellent and the family extremely welcoming. The house is not new so don't choose if you want aceptic surroundings. The best part was meeting other travellers around the breakfast table, the old-fashioned B & B way!

This is a lovely b&b very close to the train station. My room was spacious, comfortable and quiet. Many thanks to Filippo and Camilla for their kind hospitality and recommendations. I hope I can visit Palermo again one day, and I will definitely come back here!

Our hosts Fillipo and Camilla were so friendly and welcoming. They provided a lovely breakfast for us. The room was lovely, free wifi and a private balcony also. The bedroom and also the bathroom were a great size, clean and well maintained. Comfy bed, air conditioning and plenty of space. We felt so safe and looked after and would recommend this B&B to any other travellers. Very close to the bus and train station and for getting the bus into town. Thank you so much Fillipo and Camilla for making our stay so comfortable :)

Great Four Night Stay in Palermo.

We love our four night stay here. Filipino & Camilla were the best host with great recommendations on sites and places to eat. Our room was very comfortable and Camilla made the best latte’s for breakfast. Centrally located to walk everywhere we wanted to go.

Absolutely beautiful B&B and very friendly staff, it was a very rare experience - big thanks to everyone for a fabulous stay. I booked 6 nights and in addition to how cosy and homely it felt it was also extremely well-positioned: it is a short walk from the central bus and train stations, also the seafront is close. All the major sights of the historic centre are walkable.

This was a great place, about a 10 minute walk from the train station. The hosts were very nice and helpful. The place was beautifully clean and the beds were very, very comfortable. The a/c worked well and was very quiet and there was no noise from the street. I highly recommend it.

Ideal for the single traveller, only a short walk from the bus station/ train station. Main streets with 15 mins of my front door. Light breakfast ideal to start the day.

Had a very enjoyable stay with Filippo and Camilla. They're both friendly and warm, though they don't speak English. The room felt comfortable and was well furnished im a more traditional style. The bathroom is huge and the balcony has a nice private view of a garden space. This area is not for very light sleepers, as both nights I stayed I could hear concerts nearby. The neighborhood is convenient to transit and doesn't feel too touristy. Breakfast is minimal but the coffee is good. I hope to stay again!

The hosts were nice, they didn’t speak English but we made do and figured it out. These were our first few nights in Italy so we had a bit of a culture shock and would have enjoyed a little more support. Breakfast was minimal and the location was hard to find, we just happened to catch the host’s son outside. The AC worked which was huge! And the room was cute, with a comfy bed and cute little balcony

The hosts were absolutely fabulous. Lovely place to stay, and even if the area around it looks a little run down, it is only a 3 mins walk around the corner and you have the piazza with some really good restaurants and bars. Its a quick walk into town too. I would stay here again.

O melhor lugar de Palermo! Filippo e Camilla são uns queridos! Muito prestativos e solidários! Foi um tempo muito especial, as instalações são ótimas, é perto de TUDO! Fiz tudo andando pelo centro de Palermo! Super indico! Pude deixar as malas na sala para aproveitar mais um pouco do centro de Palermo depois do meu checkout! Eles são maravilhosos!

Demorei a avaliar esta estadia porque o primeiro impacto foi bastante negativo. Palermo não é uma cidade acolhedora: mal cuidada, suja, degradada, cheia de moradores de rua, lixo e pichações. Este é o ambiente onde está a pousada e isto influencia a avaliação. O anunciado estacionamento é, na realidade, uma vaga na rua, não usada porque fica na frente do portão do prédio que eventualmente poderia ser usado como garagem. Fomos recebidos por um jovem de bermudas e chinelos, com barba por fazer, que, ao final, era filho dos donos. Já haviamos parado em um prédio semelhante em Ortigia, mas lá o local era bonito e agradável, com uma recepção mais profissional e em uma cidade cativante. Quase desistimos de ficar. Como as avaliações da pousada eram acima de 9, achamos que poderia ser uma pérola no meio do lixo. Ficamos e não nos arrependemos. A localização é privilegiada. A poucos passos do centro histórico, permitindo acesso a pé a todas atrações deste. O local é seguro apesar do aspecto. Este é o ponto alto: localização. As acomodações são simples, mas amplas. O banheiro limpo e bem provido de toalhas e produtos de higiene e conveniências. Entretanto os metais estavam desgastados e era difícil achar a temperatura certa no chuveiro, que oscilava entre quente e frio. O café da manhã era bem básico, mas servido diretamente pela dona, esta muito simpática e agradável. Pena que a barreira da linguagem impedisse um melhor diálogo.

Sehr gut in der Nähe zum Bahnhof und Altstadt gelegen und sehr nette und hilfsbereite Gastgeber. Das Frühstück wurde ab 8 Uhr bereitet. Im Zimmer selbt war leider kein Kühlschrank vorhanden. Die Klimaanlage funktionierte gut.
