Villa Bellavista on the sea

  • From the terrace and the private garden you can enjoy a fantastic view of the sea and the islands of the "Maddalena Archipelago" and Corsica. The house is located in a beautiful and very green rural area. Inside the house there is a guide to the best beaches to discover and also the best places to eat Sardinian specialties (cheese, vegetables, meat and typical sweets). In the village there is a nice pool for residents only. Reserved parking space Ideal for one or two couples of friends, and families. Near the beach (only 500 m from the house) there are restaurants, bars, small supermarkets, pastry shops and ice cream parlors. It is a romantic place, located on a small hill. It is possible to rent the villa for short periods. In summer it is easy to find some shows, concerts and beach parties. There are many nightclubs in the Costa Smeralda, for example the "Billionaire" in Briatore. Several famous people have property in this area: Peter Gabriel, Abramovich, Agha Kan, Mancini, Berlusconi. The area is perfect for lovers of water sports in particular: windsurfing, kitesurfing and sailing. From the Olbia Costa Smeralda airport 45 KM. From Alghero airport FERTILIA 140 KM.
