Comfortable room, below standard receptionist
Only Hotel choice for the area. Comfortable rooms, unless you got the ground floor road side rooms which can get noisy. Check in was challenging. The staff displayed incompetency manipulation of their computers. Not customer oriented and obvious lack of understanding of what she was doing. The robot serving the food as waitress was fun

It was a non smoking room that had clearly been smoked in. Smelled terrible. And the automated check in means there’s no one there to ask for a new room.

Pleasant stop
Check in was a bit confusing as it is in the restaurant but otherwise a very nice stay. Good areas around to walk our dogs as well.

Als reines Übernachtungshotel absolut OK. Zu empfehlen ist der Besuch des angeschlossenen Burger-Restaurants.

Im großen und ganzen akzeptabel, leider gab es keine Hände Handtücher und die TV Fernbedienung wollte Mann auch nicht so gerne anfassen, sehr verunreinigt. Leider kein Frühstück obwohl es den Diner direkt am Hotel gibt.

Das Hotel ist empfehlenswert auch wenn das Reinigungspersonal gründlicher sein könnte! Dusche mit Seifenresten in der Wanne! Spiegel fleckig! Bettlaken verutschen da kein Spannbettlacken.

In dem ersten Zimmer war die Türe der Dusche war noch mit dem des vorherigen Nutzers beschmiert. Neben dem Waschbecken war ein sehr großer Café farbener Fleck..... Und zur Krönung lag im ganzen Zimmer Staub. Das zweite Zimmer war okay.

Zugesagn wurden nicht eingehalten
Gebucht war ein Doppelzimmer mit King-Bett für 2 Personen. Das Zimmer bzw. die Ausstattung des Zimmers war jedoch nur für eine Person ausgelegt nur eine Bettdecke nur ein Kissen nur ein Handtuch Set nur zwei lose zusammengestellte Einzelbetten und kein King-Bett

Prima Übernachtungsmöglichkeit, verkehrsgünstig
Sehr elegant und schön, prima für Geschäftsreisen, da nicht weit zur Autobahn unmittelbar in einem Gewerbegebiet . Tolles Diner mit amerikanischem Speiseplan angeschlossen. Umgebung selbst nicht so attraktiv, also weniger für Familienurlaube....

Good value for money - if you can stand the bed
Little surprises here, a very new (summer 2020) place next to a motorway for a night of rest. Probably the softest mattress I have encountered in any hotel in years, might be a challenge to some.

Super Preis-Leistungsverhältnis. Keine richtige Rezeption. Aber Self-Check-In und Out war super einfach. Zimmer sauber. Absolut ausreichend für eine Nacht. Nebenan dazugehöriges Diner auch super. Das war leider schon etwas lauter Nachts, da durch Corona dort der Ausgang war, wo unser Zimmerfenster war.

Kurztrip Hamburg
Zentral auf der Reeperbahn gelegenes Hotel; sehr nah zum Hamburger Hafen; es ist ein kleines, schönes und modernisiertes Hotel; Gastronomie und Einkaufsmöglichkeiten sind im Umfeld des Hotels gegeben. Auf den Hauptstraßen außerhalb der Park- und Haltezonen gibt zahlreiche kostenlose Parkmöglichkeiten; per StadtRad, den Doppeldeckerbussen und einer Hafenschiffsrundfahrt lässt sich Hamburg ausgiebig erkunden; auf der Reeperbahn gibt es alles was das Herz begehrt. Das Hotel befindet sich so ziemlich vor der Grenze zur Partymeile; was sehr angenehm ist.
