Disliked: Cleanliness, communication
Very disappointing stay. The apartment had a serious bed bug problem, and we could not sleep properly during our stay. This completely ruined our vacation and caused a lot of stress for our family. Cleanliness and pest control need major improvement. I would not recommend staying here.
