Villa “Casa Montecolo”: discover the charm of this 70s villa in Manerba del Garda, an ideal refuge for your holidays, located just 600 meters from the lake and the beach at Porto Dusano. Immersed in an enchanting natural setting, the villa offers a breathtaking panoramic view of Lake Garda, a private swimming pool and a lush garden, perfect for moments of relaxation in the open air.

The villa is spread over two floors. On the mezzanine floor, you are welcomed by a bright living room with dining room that opens onto a large covered terrace, ideal for enjoying breakfasts and dinners with a view. You will find a functional kitchenette complete with all appliances, a double bedroom with lake view and two additional bedrooms, one with two single beds and the other with a single bed. A bathroom with shower completes the floor.

Moving down to the basement level, you will discover a spacious open plan area with a double bed and a second bathroom, offering an additional living area and privacy for guests. The warm-toned decor offers a classic and welcoming charm.

At the Port of Dusano, just 600 meters away, you can find a small public beach, a restaurant/bar and the boat dock.
