"Stayed for one night in a double room with a window. No complaints with anything, the hotel was quiet and clean. The room was a comfortable size for an overnight stay. The air-conditioning worked well and the coloured mood lighting in the room was a nice touch. I would have liked tea and coffee making facilities in the room but coffee and tea are available in the hotel and better still the hotel bar looked fantastic. Checking in was fairly simple and checking out couldn't have beeen easier."

"The location was perfect and near two bus stops. We walked to and from the hotel each day. The staff was super curteous and helpful. We did take a bottle of wine to skip the daily cleaning, but the room was not cleaned until late the night before we left. The breakfest buffet was great and the returant had fun appetizers and deserts. "

"When we arrived to check in the staff were lovely. They explained how the key card system on your phone worked and then escorted us to the building we were staying in, it was raining and the small touch of the umbrella didn't go unnoticed. The room was spacious and clean, we were a family of 4 and had chosen the room with the queen sized bunk beds. We were very impressed and would highly recommend the hotel. The shops and Earls court tube station were a 3 minute walk away. The Natural history museum were in close proximity (about 25 minute walk). "
