A beautiful garden room apartment with private access and off-road parking. Whatever your reason for visiting this stunning city, our garden apartment will provide a modern and comfortable place to relax.

A small private terrace assessed via a bi-fold door overlooking the south-facing garden lets one grab some fresh, cool air or sun after a busy day. Underfloor heating and aircon ensure a cosy environment all year round, regardless of the weather. The modern ensuite bathroom features a shower, a wash basin, and a WC.
A pleasant walking/cycling distance to the city centre shops/colleges via the University Park, or a 12 min bus ride from just outside the door.
