This contemporary two-bedroom home can comfortably sleep up to 6 people. It has been recently refurbished to the highest standard with modern fittings and a stylish interior. There is a spacious open plan living and the kitchen comes fully equipped and fitted with state of the art appliances. There are two double bedrooms, a bathroom, as well as a large sofa bed in the living room. This home has been recently redecorated in a stylish and modern style, with new furniture and interiors. The living room comes with a comfortable sofa, an armchair, and a big TV, and it’s located in an open space with the dining area. The living room also features a sofa bed comfortably sleeping 2 additional guests. Next to the living space guests will find a modern kitchen with new furniture and appliances. The kitchen comes fully stocked and ready to be used. The 2 bedrooms come with comfortable mattresses, one with a king size bed and one with a double bed, each sleeping 2 guests. There is a clean and neat bathroom with a bathtub for guests added convenience. The home also offers high-speed WiFi and space to work, should you need or want to get some work done while there.You’ll have access to the home at all times. Because the home is surrounded by cafes and restaurants, you may be able to smell food from these restaurants - not unpleasant, just worth noting for those with a keen sense of smell. The location was excellent and the size of the unit was good. The beds were comfortable and the cost for the area was very good. The following were areas of concern. The front entrance at the street level was consistently being left unlocked and on some occasions was being propped wide open with a fire extinguisher. It's in a very busy location above a brassiere and they like to run the ventilation system all night and it tends to vibrate most of unit. They also throw out their garbage and glass recycling at about 1:00am and if your sleeping in the bedroom at the rear be prepared to be awoken. One of the two sofas is broken. The cleanliness in the kitchen needs improvement ie. Stove top needs a good cleaning. The hot water pressure flows very low therefore making it difficult cleaning the dishes. Generally the place needs an overhaul to match the on line photos.
