Family Friendly Overland Park home w/ king bed

A centrally-located quiet Overland Park home. Located very close to shopping and restaurant centers. Close to the Advent cancer center, and many other health care facilities.

This is a 3 bedroom house with 2 bedrooms upstairs with queen beds and a master bedroom with a king bed downstairs.

There is a community pool two minutes from house open from noon to 7 PM, requires a daily pass.

One small dog allowed with a pet fee and extra cleaning fee.

Unit was not ready to be rented out

Pictures and videos taken. Was not ready to be rented out. Half lights did not work or missing lightbulbs, no outside back light. Dirty dishwasher not ran. Unit did not look like it was cleaned let alone professionally cleaned. So cheap they had one ply toilet paper no extra hand towels for kitchen hardly any dinning plates or cooking pans. Left over body wash that was intended for us to use. Down stairs bedroom coming off garage not safe for bedroom usage. Large staircase not safe for children. No on site pool nor hot tub as described and when told host knowing we had 5 ppl they only offered 20 refund. This is when I found out it was a public pooo down the road 8/person per day. Not worth 200-220 day to rent property
