This was a very clean place to stay with really nice staff. It had very basic accommodations- just a ceiling light, no table lamp, no hooks in the bathroom, but it did have a microwave and mini fridge. The room we stayed in was right by the road and there was a lot of car noise, but it met our needs.

We checked in later in the evening. The guy was friendly. The outside of the building looks older but the rooms have been updated. Very clean.

Clean, close to stores, restaurants etc. seemed safe. Staff let me park my car there until I returned 2 nights later. Paid for early check in which was convenient. I didn’t want to wait in my car for several hours.

Location is in mix used area. So it’s not glamorous but nicely renovated rooms. The AC units need upgraded for most of the push button covers were torn off or faded.

No receipts given on departure.
The check out was frustrating, could not get a receipt, rang the bell no answer (for entrance into the lobby) then tried to call, mail box was full, then talked with a staff person who could not help me.

We stayed for 1 night. The place looks a little sketchy from the outside. It could use some updating and decoration. If you can just get past that feeling, you will find that everything was clean and the people were nice. Because of the prices for the other hotels I wouldn’t hesitate to stay there again.

It's just simply nice to spend a night's rest. Room designed as if you're on your home, quite, car was parked just outside your room, and seems no one bothers your stay, you're on your own. My only disliked is the aircon was positioned above your head so the automatic starting noise sometimes interrupted your sleep. Overall, we liked our stay, its worth what we're paying for

Terrible. There was a shooting nearby, people died and my event got cancelled. I couldn’t get a refund from them and they had no compassion about it for never using the room. Zero customer service for the matter at hand. Go somewhere else.

Othello Not So Sweet
This an older motel type of accomodation that has seen better days. Our unit had some evidence of improvements (tub and fixtures), but the towel rack had been torn off the wall and no evidence to replace it. Man at the front desk said he would advise management, but no acknowledgment beyond that. This unit at this price did not compare well with recent units on our trip through Montana and Idaho.

At least 50 ants crawling all over the first room we were given. Transferred to a different room and the room seemed fine. When we woke up the next morning, ants were all over the floor in the second room as well.
