"I really enjoyed my stay here. You can tell they put a lot of thought into designing a beautiful and comfortable hotel. The ocean view from the room and balcony was great for sunsets. The staff were friendly and helpful, I got a booklet in English with all important information which was very useful. The beach is very nice but it was a bit dirty when I visited, which is not the fault of the hotel. I had a very relaxing stay and would love to come back."

Most if not all spoke pretty good English but even so they were all very patient. We got the room with a built in laundry machine and it was amazing very spacious n handy. Really would recommend"

"We had a wonderful stay at the Solaria Nishitetsu Hotel Kyoto Premier. The room was very comfortable and beautiful, and the view over the river was absolutely awesome. Kyoto is definitely a wonderful city, and staying here made our visit even more enjoyable. The staff at the front desk were also very welcoming, friendly, and helpful throughout our stay. The location is excellent for exploring Kyoto, and overall we had a great experience. We would definitely stay here again!"

"Honestly could not recommend this hotel enough. The room was spacious enough for my boyfriend and I, and our suitcases. You’re not spending too much time in your room anyway (hopefully). They had comfortable pajamas, plenty of amenities if needed. A coffee station that also had delicious matcha. I also really appreciated I was able to log in to my Netflix account and watch some of my favorite shows while visiting. It was literally across the street from a major station so running around town was super easy. I can’t wait to have another amazing stay when I come back."

The rooms were clean and comfortable, the staff were helpful and accommodating, overall I would highly recommend anyone coming to Kyoto to stay here! :) I also had a little incident with the hair dryer and I told the staff when I was checking out. I told them to charge it to the room but they were not concerned about that, they asked me if I had burned myself. They were so thoughtful to this clumsy tourist!"
