He was genuinely warm and thoughtful. We were about to miss the bus to Osaka, and he immediately offered to drive us till the boarding point. The stay was also quite memorable. This hotel is clean, and has so many facilities such as kitchen, dining area, spotless shower rooms with changing areas and powder rooms. There is also a coin laundry service.
