The flat is equipped with every kind of comfort to accommodate up to 4 people, having two bedrooms and two bathrooms, one of which is internal. The outdoor patio and the heated indoor pool with hydromassage, accessible from the main bedroom, will guarantee unforgettable moments of relaxation. The 70 sqm apartment is located on the mezzanine floor of a building without a lift: there are 5 steps to access it. The internal space is divided as follows: \- KITCHEN equipped with induction hob, fridge, freezer, dishwasher, moka, electric kettle, blender, toaster, traditional oven and microwave \- LIVING ROOM with sofa, split AC and TV \- BEDROOM I with double bed, built-in wardrobe, split AC, TV and access to the heated indoor POOL with hydromassage (2 steps) \- BEDROOM II with double sofa bed, built-in wardrobe, split AC, TV and private bathroom with wc, bidet and shower \- BATHROOM outside the rooms with toilet, bidet and shower box \- PATIO with table and chairs x4. Additional facilities available for the guests: UNLIMITED WIFI, central heating, washing machine, mosquito nets, drying rack, iron and ironing board. Towels and bed linen included (with optional changes for a fee). The apartment is at guests' disposal! All identity documents of the guests must be presented on arrival as required by Italian law. Please note that check-in after the specified time must be agreed directly with the structure and provide a supplement as follows: \- 21.30 - 23.00: € 25.00; \- 23.00 - 24.00: € 30.00; \- 24.00 - 01.30: € 40.00. Ostuni is located in the province of Brindisi at more than 200 meters above the sea, in Murgia, and it's one of the most renowned cities in Salento. The White City is named after the color of a large part of its buildings, mostly in the historical center. In the past, because of the plague, the walls of the houses were covered with lime, in order to make them antiseptic. Hence the characteristic white color that makes Ostuni unique and iconic. The historical center of Ostuni, called by its inhabitants as La Terra, is characterized by a maze of winding roads, little squares and gardens, alleys and glimpses of the Adriatic sea. The lower part of the city is surrounded by the old city wall, where the only two still intact entrances are located: Porta Nova and Porta San Demetrio. On top of the hill you can find the Cathedral, with its large rose window divided in 24 parts, Palazzo Vescovile and the old Seminario. Another place of interest is the Museum of Preclassic Civilizations of the Southern Murgia, where the cast of a pregnant woman, Delia, who lived 25.000 years ago and was found in a cave near the city in 1991, is preserved. Among the most interesting exhibits there are pottery and ornaments, flints, stone tools, from the paleolithic till the age of the metals. One of the main attraction for tourists in Apulia is definitely the coast of Ostuni, where you can find Rosa Marina, Monticelli and Costa Merlata beach areas.
