Casale Amenola is a beautiful villa with pool for luxury vacations in Valle d`Itria, in the countryside of Ostuni. The complex consists of typical lamie completely renovated, equipped with every comfort and surrounded by large green spaces with orchard.
The 8-bed vacation villa is equipped with all modern amenities: air conditioning, washing machine, dishwasher, wi-fi internet, indoor Jacuzzi, coffee maker, TV and mosquito nets.
In the large garden of Casale Amenola, in addition to the swimming pool with equipped solarium and shower, there is a kitchenette with barbecue and pizza oven. Indoor parking spaces. Pets allowed.

The
villa stands on a well-maintained country estate, with fruit trees and
large spaces equipped to fully enjoy vacations in the nature of Puglia.
The beautiful swimming pool is surrounded by sun loungers. In the off-season, the pool can be heated and equipped with a cover.
In
front of the pool is a pergola furnished for outdoor dining, and
equipped with a brick barbecue for grilling and a wood-burning oven for
pizzas.
The living room with large windows is furnished with a sitting area where one can relax in an intimate and cozy atmosphere with a view of the infinity pool.
The
living room leads to the small kitchen equipped with induction hob,
dishwasher, coffee maker and refrigerator. From the kitchen you move to a
smaller living room where, under a characteristic alcove, there is 1 double sofa bed.
The sleeping area consists of 3 double bedrooms,
each with independent entrance but communicating with each other, all
equipped with TV, air conditioning, and en suite shower room. The rooms
can also be made independent.
One of the double rooms has
preserved the traces of the past, such as the frame of the fireplace,
the walls and the typical milk-colored exposed stone: in this room there
is a whirlpool tub carved into the rock, a true luxury for relaxing moments.

Amenola is a charming villa that reflects the spirit of the Apulian
summer and welcomes you with its furnished spaces for relaxation, paths
in the green, refreshment corners where you can be pampered by the
unique light of this region.
The villa stands a few kilometers
south of Ostuni, immersed in the typical landscape of the Valle d`Itria,
from whose lush nature stand out complexes of trulli and lamia: a true
enchantment. The beaches on the Adriatic Sea can be reached in a few
minutes by car.


- After reservation, you can fix check-in (from 4pm to 8pm) and check-out (from 8.30 am to 10am). An extra payment of euro 50 is required for late check-in upon request (from 8pm to 12am).
- Upon your arrival you will be required to sign the tourism contract written in Italian language.
- The tourist tax, WHERE APPLICABLE,is not included in the price and will be applied according to the municipal regulations.
- First Bed linen/towels kit included in total price. Mandatory change at euro 25 per person for stays longer than 10 nights (1 change), for stays longer than 17 nights (2 changes) and for stays longer than 24 nights (3 changes).
- Pool available from June to September, off-season pool's opening has an extra cost of euro 500. Pool can be heated with an extra of euro 100 per day.
- Extra cleaning fee for pets euro 100 to pay upon arrival.
- It is MANDATORY to sort and dispose the waste. If not, it will be withheld penalty fee of 80 euro for up to 10 kg of waste + 50 euro for each additional kg.
- It is MANDATORY to leave the stove and cutlery clean (service not included in the price of final cleaning). If not, it will be withheld a penalty fee of 40 euro.
