A charming multi-level apartment located in a very central spot, outside the restricted traffic zone (ZTL) but just a short walk from the historic centre of Ostuni, in an area with all the essential amenities. The apartment offers all the amenities needed to comfortably accommodate up to 4 people, featuring two bathrooms, a balcony, and two terraces—furnished with a dining area and lounge chairs—that offer a unique, breathtaking view of the city and the sea, perfect for unforgettable moments of relaxation.



The 65-square-meter apartment is located on the ground floor of a building without an lift, with a separate entrance from the street, and is spread over multiple levels. Please note that you will need to climb several flights of stairs.



The interior layout is as follows.



On the ground floor, after climbing a flight of stairs, you’ll find:

- A kitchenette equipped with a two-burner gas stove, refrigerator, freezer, coffee maker, toaster, electric kettle, small electric oven, and microwave

- Living area with dining table, TV, and split AC

- Sleeping area (separated from the living area by curtains) with a double sofa bed, closet, desk, and TV

- Bathroom with shower stall and toilet with handheld showerhead

- Balcony furnished with a small table and two chairs.



On the second floor, separated by several steps:

- Bedroom with a double bed, closet, chest of drawers, desk, and split AC

- Bathroom with toilet, bidet, and shower stall

- First covered terrace, furnished with a sink, table, and 4 chairs

- Second open-air terrace with ocean and city views, furnished with a small sofa and lounge chairs.



Additional amenities available to guests: UNLIMITED WIFI, independent heating, washing machine, drying rack, iron, and ironing board.

Towels and bed linens included (with optional changes available for a fee).



Seven days before arrival, you will receive instructions on how to register your documents via our Guest Portal. This procedure allows us to verify your information and documents and to send the details to the Alloggiati Web police service, which is the Italian system for registering guests staying in Italy.

Turning the air conditioning and heating on and off is subject to compliance with current Italian regulations (Presidential Decree No. 74 of April 16, 2013, and Ministerial Decree No. 383 of 6.10.2022).

Summer: The average air temperature must not be lower than 26°C for all types of buildings.

Winter: The weighted average air temperature must not exceed 19°C. The period during which the system may be turned on and the daily operating time depend on the climate zone defined by the regulations.

Ostuni Climate Zone C: 9 hours per day from November 22 to March 23.



Keys must be picked up between 3:00 PM and 9:00 PM at our office located at Corso Mazzini 201 in Ostuni, a 5-minute walk from the apartment.



After 9:00 PM, direct check-in at the apartment is available with the following surcharges:

- 21.00 - 23.00: €25.00;

- 23.00 - 24.00: €30.00;

- 24:00 - 01.30: €40.00.



The tourist tax of 1.00 euro per night per person will be collected in cash for the first 5 nights, as required by the municipality of Ostuni.
