Just a short walk from the charming little beach of Monticelli, along Ostuni’s award-winning coastline, Villa Mediterranea is the perfect choice for a relaxing beach vacation in Puglia, in a quiet residential neighborhood.
The vacation villa with a pool features a spacious garden with plenty of outdoor areas equipped for sunbathing, working out in the gym area, relaxing on the sofas in the cool of the evening, and preparing delicious lunches and dinners inthe outdoor kitchenette equipped with a barbecue.
Next to the pool, on the lawn, there are comfortable lounge chairs. A large veranda overlooking the pool is furnished with a table, chairs, and lounge sofas. SUPs and kayaks are also available for guests’ use.

This beautiful home features modern and sophisticated furnishings. The atmosphere is comfortable and welcoming: each room has a TV, air conditioning, and a mini-fridge, and the bathroom mirrors are equipped with music systems connected to Wi-Fi.
The interior consists of three interconnected areas that can be separated for greater privacy. All rooms have large windows overlooking the garden and patio.
The first section consists of one double bedroom with a TV, air conditioning, a mini-fridge, and an en suite bathroom with a shower.
The second section consists of a living room with a double sofa bed, TV, and mini-fridge; one double bedroom; and a large bathroom with a shower stall.
The third section consists of one double bedroom, a living room with a double sofa bed, air conditioning, and a mini-fridge, as well as a full bathroom. This section also has access to the exterior of the villa.
The kitchen is located outside, on the side of the villa: it is well-equipped with a washing machine, oven, and barbecue.

Villa Mediterranea is located in the Monticelli Consortium village, alongside other villas and vacation homes. The property is just 50 meters from a beautiful little sandy beach with turquoise waters on the Adriatic Sea.
Guests of the villa can take advantage of the various amenities offered by the consortium, including children’s activities, tennis, soccer, and basketball.
The Monticelli Consortium is located on the Ostuni coastline, along the beaches of the Adriatic Sea. The “White City” is just a 10-minute drive away, and in addition to a beautiful historic center waiting to be explored, it offers all the main amenities.
 




- After reservation, you can fix check-in (from 4pm to 8pm) and check-out (from 8.30 am to 10am). An extra payment of euro 50 is required for late check-in upon request (from 8pm to 12am).
- Before your arrival you will be required to sign the tourism contract written in Italian language.
- The tourist tax, WHERE APPLICABLE,is not included in the price and will be applied according to the municipal regulations.
- First Bed linen/towels kit included in total price. Optional change upon request at euro 10 per person.
- Pool available from May to October.
- Extra cleaning fee for pets euro 30 to pay upon arrival.
- It is MANDATORY to sort and dispose the waste. If not, it will be withheld penalty fee of 80 euro for up to 10 kg of waste + 50 euro for each additional kg.
- It is MANDATORY to leave the stove and cutlery clean (service not included in the price of final cleaning). If not, it will be withheld a penalty fee of 40 euro.
- THE KITCHEN IS OUTSIDE.
- In one bedroom there is no air conditioning.
