The villa consists of a living area with a double sofa bed, a well-equipped kitchen, two double bedrooms—one with an en suite bathroom with shower—and a second bathroom with shower.

Villa Sessana is located in the countryside, just 4 km from the city center, which boasts a beautiful historic district and all major amenities. The nearest beaches, just 12 km away, are those of Marina di Ostuni.
Other renowned tourist destinations in Puglia, such as Locorotondo and Alberobello with its UNESCO World Heritage-listed trulli, are also just a few minutes’ drive away.


- After reservation, you can fix check-in (from 4pm to 8pm) and check-out (from 8.30 am to 10am). An extra payment of euro 50 is required for late check-in upon request (from 8pm to 12am).
- Upon your arrival you will be required to sign the tourism contract written in Italian language.
- The tourist tax, WHERE APPLICABLE,is not included in the price and will be applied according to the municipal regulations.
- First Bed linen/towels kit included in total price. Mandatory change at euro 30 per person for stays longer than 10 nights (1 change), for stays longer than 17 nights (2 changes) and for stays longer than 24 nights (3 changes).
- Pool available from May to October.
- Extra cleaning fee for pets euro 50 to pay upon arrival.
- It is MANDATORY to sort and dispose the waste. If not, it will be withheld penalty fee of 80 euro for up to 10 kg of waste + 50 euro for each additional kg.
- It is MANDATORY to leave the stove and cutlery clean (service not included in the price of final cleaning). If not, it will be withheld a penalty fee of 40 euro.
