"The location is quiet. The main road is around 100 meters far, which makes the sound from the road to be low. The surrounding area is nice, with forest all around. "The front desk staff was very helpful upon arrival. The room we were given smelled like smoke and they were able to move us to a different room. After that though we had mixed experiences with staff. The woman working the cafe on the first floor was surly and then we called the front desk asking for help and didn't get anyone to come up for over an hour. We went up to the rooftop bar for a drink and it was alright. Overall, just an okay experience."

"Well I was taken back on arrival as it looked so much better in the photos (1950's American diner stylie) rooms needing a bit of tlc ,but once I got used to it I enjoyed my stay.Staff in diner mostly teenagers were super friendly & helpful .Meals in diner all burgers , nuggets fries etc no alternatives.Breakfast very good & not portioned continental & full cooked available (self serve) Rooms.... think Butlins style could do with an upgrade but perfectly functional free WiFi throughout beds comfortable & clean no kettle but staff will give you hot water to make a brew in your room.A little noisy as a gravel road throughout so you hear people coming & going round to rear of complex quieter.Make sure you get a non smoking room.Yes I would stay again & I'd bring a kettle."

"We had the smallest room, which was fine for our short stay. Other people have noted the size of the rooms, so be aware! Our bathroom shower drain was unfortunately clogged, and the shower door didn’t close properly, so the water would pond in the other areas of the bathroom. The location is very convenient and quiet."

"It was lovely to stay in the Carlsberg neighbourhood. Without going to stay in this hotel I probably would not have gone to see this neighbourhood which is particularly pleasing. It is a up and coming area bustling with life and young families. The staff in the hotel could not have been nicer and more helpful beds super comfy shower excellent view from the room of the square beautiful. Free drinks for happier was a beautiful touch would definitely stay there again"

"Two night break in Copenhagen after a trip to Malmo. We booked a Standard Room and although it was on the small side it was fine for us as you are only in it to sleep and wash up. My wife described it as a bit "cell like" so you wouldn't be relaxing in the room. They will offer an upgrade when you check in at extra cost. Room was clean and modern but you only get one pillow each and they are not the biggest. We relaxed in the lobby area and there are plenty of comfy seats around to relax and enjoy the bar. Breakfast was good and there were lots of choices including GF for my wife 🎉. We went down at 8.30am on a Sunday morning and although it was busy there was plenty of places to sit"
