Lovely hotel, with high quality decor and food with lots of options. The staff were very friendly and helpful and the location was great. Would definitely return.

The hotel is lovely, clean and we have no fault with our room. The room had the usual safe, well stocked fridge and a welcome hairdryer. Breakfast was in a beautiful room with stunning chandeliers, plenty of hot and continental options. Nora, who was friendly and helpful, on booking in, gave us a choice of overlooking street or courtyard. Great hotel, very nice room. good Gym

Hotel still having "teething" problems as only recently reopened. However, the hotel was nearly perfect in that most of the important points were extremely well organised - staff, restaurant, clean room. The only one let down was that the water in the bathroom was luke warm and far from being hot enough to shower. The staff didn't know how to deal with this attempting to say it was the norm - very disappointed and shall stay in my memory whenever I think about this particular hotel.

Very friendly welcome on arrival and this was consistent with all staff throughout our stay. The room was phenomenal and breakfast outstanding. The evening meal on the first night was so good we went back for the following evening. I would not hesitate to recommend; a fantastic hotel and wonderful staff. Thank you.

This hotel was directly outside the Central station and located centrally to access the rest of Oslo. Just brilliant. The facilities were great, power shower was included and a wonderful buffet breakfast.

Everything was good but the tv by the sofa bed didn’t work but other than that everything was okay

The room was quite small but clean, warm and functional. The bath was great! There is no kettle in the room but a free coffee machine in reception whenever you want it. The breakfast was amazing - everything and more you could want. Fika at 3pm is a piece of cake and access to the coffee machine in the lounge and the evening meal was plentiful - always a soup starter, choice of main and 3 different salads and bread. As far as my stay in this hotel from the 14th to the 22nd of July this year is concerned, for which I have booked two rooms, everything in the hotel was excellent. Location is excellent and there are lots of shopping malls around, convenient public transport. The elevators were incredible. Staff were very friendly and the hotel design itself was absolutely amazing and luxurious, I have never before seen such a thing. We stayed for 2 nights in July. This stylish hotel was air conditioned and our room on the 4th floor was spacious, light and elegant. It was within walking distance of the port and shopping centre, although it was uphill on the way back! Oslo is a lovely city, and there are restaurants just 5 minutes walk away from Saga Hotel.

Good value and location.

Location was excellent, very close to Spektrum and few metal pubs which we visited. Friendly staff, clean room with very comfortable beds. Breakfast was amazing. I was blown away with variety and quality of food that was available, which was included in the price. I'll definitely will be coming back there again.
