この価格で、清潔・バスタブ・簡易キッチン付きのお得な部屋。難を言うなら、カーテンを開けると外から丸見えだから、朝もずっと閉めっぱなしにしなきゃいけなかった。レースのがカーテンがあれば尚良し。夜中は何回か奇声のような声が聞こえた。治安は少々悪い。朝６時前にインターホンが鳴って怖かった。寝てたし、出なかったけど、他の方の口コミにあったゴミ回収だったのだろうか。 1泊だったから良かったけど、連泊はしないかも。

Esta perfecto para tu estancia en Osaka la lavandería está muy útil y no es cara único detalle el pasillo huele mucho a cigarro pero la anotación no 👍

出入用密碼鎖，不用怕掉了鑰匙，室內還有升降機！！不用搬樓梯入住前最好先買瓶大的樽裝水，否則要自己燒水附近有Lawson 便利店，地面是24小時自助洗衣店，住宿在樓上，晚上到埗也客易找到，附近沒什麼食店，集中在天下茶屋車站附近商店街，車站內並沒有大型儲物櫃，入住前後要暫存行李箱，有點麻煩

民宿人員服務很好，我們入住的民宿房間有沒打掃到，立刻說幫我們換間房間還有衛生用品不足也馬上補上。下次有來值得推薦 PS如果房間也洗衣機的話就很完美了，因為有帶小朋友去還要下樓洗衣比較不方便

整體來說房間還有一些不足的地方，廚房用具都有就少了碗；房間的燈只有一個所以有些暗角。以上這些都有的話就完美了值得推薦，地鐵、超市都很方便

할머니 모시고 간 여행

할머니모시고 간 오사카여행이라 위치는 조금 시내에서 떨어졌지만, 한적하고 깨끗한 숙소를 골랐습니다. 후기가 좋아서 선택했는데 깨끗하고 식탁도 있고해서 일본음식을 꺼려하시는 어른들이 조금씩 싸온 음식먹기도 편했습니다! 싸게 편히 지내다갑니다.

좋은 위치, 조용하고 깨끗한 숙소!!

1. 숙소 위치 : 간사이 공항에서 난바역까지 운행하는 라피트가 정차하는 덴가차야역에서 도보로 5분거리에 있어, 공항에서 숙소, 숙소에서 공항으로 이동할 때 아주 편함. 숙소 근처가 주택가라서 엄청나게 조용함, 저녁에 소음은 물론이고 차 소리도 안들릴 정도로 한적함. 또한, 난바역까지 지하철로 15분이면 갈 수 있기 때문에 번화가와도 가까움. 2. 숙소 근처 편의시설 숙소 건물 1층이 코인 세탁소 이기 때문에 세탁물이 있을 경우 편리하게 이용 가능함. 근처에 lawson,세븐일레븐 편의점이 있고, 로컬 술집이 있음. 3. 숙소 내부 3층 건물이지만 작은 엘리베이터가 있어 짐 옮기는데 편리함. 실내 공간은 사진으로 봤던 것보다 더 넓은 것처럼 느껴짐. 청결도는 아주 깨끗한 편이며, 수건도 넉넉하게 주어져서 이용하기 편함. 4. 단점 호텔이 아니기에 하우스키핑은 안되는 것이 단점이라면 단점. 5.총평 체크아웃이 늦은 편이지만 무료로 짐보관이 가능하고, 체크아웃 이후 짐보관은 1000엔을 지불하면 가능함. 관리하시는 분이 아주 친철함. 전체적으로 만족도가 아주 높았고, 오사카에 다시 방문하게 되면 재방문 의사가 있음!!

新築、清潔、値段良し

新築で清潔感もあり、駅が近く、部屋も広く、値段も安く、かなり良かったです。治安が心配でしたが、住宅街で全く問題なし。TVがあれば完璧でした。
