Incredible stay. Very quiet area, but close to transit and walkable to a lot of sight-seeing locations and great food. Hosts are extremely responsive and staff is very helpful. Had great rests here. Would stay again the next time I'm in Osaka

Very well-equipped room, suitable for longer stays. The residence is very close to the Hanazonocho metro station (accessible by elevator), making travelling on a 1-day pass ideal.

The hotel was hard to find. We could not enter the building until another person staying there let us in. We could not find the passcode to unlock the key lock box. I contacted Expedia several times and they did their best to contact the hotel owner. Took about an hour and the hotel staff finally came out and showed me how to enter the code and unlock my keybox. I realise there is a language barrier, but it was very frustrating when we were waiting in the hot lobby trying to contact someone.
Other than that, the beds were very comfy, aircon was amazing, amazing shower pressure, very clean, washing machine worked well. We felt very safe being there. Was an amazing view out the balcony too. Would stay here again.

Very comfortable location right beside a family mart and an entrance to the metro. I was initially worried as I read reviews claiming the check-in process was unintuitive but it’s very straightforward provided you follow the instructions given to you. Lots of amenities provided. Washroom was very nice and spacious and has settings that dry your clothes after you wash them.

花園町駅や萩ノ茶屋駅に近く、ミナミへのアクセスが抜群。
部屋はキッチン、洗濯機があり清潔でとても良かった。
