We didn't have any contact with the owner and some questions we had about the room were left unanswered. We had to figure everything out ourselves like find how to open the hot water in the shower. The room was small with a fold down sofa bed. The bathroom was fine and was sufficient. Surprisingly enough, there was a washing machine if needed.
