First of all I wanna say thank you to the front duty manager for being accommodating and helping us to arrange a taxi to the airport. While we were waiting for our taxi at the lobby in the middle of the night, he switched on the aircon and music for us and not leaving us in the dark. There is a neighbourhood mall, AEON which is about 20mins walk and you can get food and do groceries. The room is not small by a Japanese standard where we can placed 2 huge luggages and 1 mini stroller. The bathroom comes with a bathtub which is quite deep. If you are below 160cm, might have slight problem getting in and out from shower. This level of inflexibility and stupidity could not be less accommodating. It makes no sense, and is the poorest customer service out there.
