Excellent location very close to the airport, they provide a free shuttle which is helpful. They also provide amenities like face cleanser and moisturizer that we appreciated. Room was a good size for 3 people as well

Perfect spot for a late night check in. We arrived into Osaka at 845p and the free shuttle picked up at 935p. Easy directions to free shuttle from airport. Price point was ideal for my family of 4. The 24 hr Family Mart was excellent for all of our needs. Rinku station was a short walk and took us straight to Namba/Dotonbori. Amenities included hair brush, shower cap, razor and shaving cream, cotton swabs, body sponge. The premium outlets were a short walk away. Highly recommend if you’re needing a place to crash for the night. We booked 2 twin beds and that was perfect for my husband and I and two boys under 12. Staff were very helpful and let us store our luggage while we roamed around the area.

Here's a polished and natural English version suitable for a hotel review: The hotel was beautiful inside, and the room was spacious. It comfortably accommodated my family of two adults and two children. The room was clean. The only suggestion I have is that the room and the furniture could use a bit of an update. The hotel has easy access to the metro and is conveniently located near an outlet mall and the airport. We had lunch at the hotel, and the buffet was delicious and reasonably priced. The entire hotel was very clean, and all of the staff were extremely friendly, helpful, and always ready to assist. There was also a FamilyMart nearby, which was very convenient if you needed to buy something late at night. I was very satisfied with both the hotel and its location. I would definitely stay here again if I return in the future, and I would happily recommend it to others.
