Most staff were great. Some were a bit standoffish when I spoke english and then even a bit funny when I switched to speaking Japnese to them. I would this hotel a high 4 stars but the breakfast was so disappointing it drops the score majorly. The staff were either very friendly or VERY terse and rude, and it was more often the latter. If you like shopping, it’s next to a very big outlet mall. That’s not a draw for me, so it doesn’t merit a higher rating. After discussing with the hotel staffs, immediately they change him to another room with old-folk friendly facilities but the room was much more bigger than the first one without additional charges. Eventually, my father-in-law enjoyed his stay very much.
