Awesome staff. Really helpful. Nothing negative to say.
Good base for Osaka and trips to Kyoto, Nara and Hiroshima. Little disappointed to learn on arrival that lounge on 16th floor only available to those staying on 13th floor and above - need to make that more explicit on website. Restaurant on 2nd floor not great would not recommend eating there so ...
Quiet, comfortable beds, modern bathrooms. My only knock is that the carpet could use a refresh. Looks a little dingy in spots.
The location is excellent. Overall it is good, clean & staff is polite but a bit old, can smell smoke in a night while we stayed at non smoking floor.
The staff are very nice with cheerful smile. Got a quick entrance at 3/F linked with Shin-Osaka station. We booked corner twin room with a massage chair for relax. Breakfast took place at 3/F 糀 which is also a nice restaurant both in taste and service.
I like the room because it doesn’t smell bad
Very clean and helpful staff, we loved how close it was to the train station and 7-11 store! Definitely recommend it!
Just a good hotel with basic things that you need for a short business trip
Everything is good
Keeping up with all your online interactions while you visit Osaka is made easy thanks to the huge number of hotels that offer WiFi as part of the package, whether you’re staying in a standard room or luxury suite. In such a modern and forward-thinking city, it should come as no surprise that much of Osaka’s accommodation tailored towards both business and leisure guests is set up with all the tech features you’d expect. And it’s not just the hotels at the top end of the market where you can get connected, there’s a good range of hotels to suit all budgets with WiFi in Osaka.
You can also hook up to free WiFi while you’re busy seeing the sights out and about in Osaka. The tourism bureau has set up an Osaka Free WiFi scheme, which is compatible with Apple, Android and Windows devices and available at over 2,000 hotspots across the city, including on some public transport. So there’s no need to miss out on what’s happening online either at home or in Osaka itself, because you can also sign up to hear about loads of great offers in nearby businesses. There’s also free WiFi available throughout Kansai International Airport and handy wired internet and charging points in both terminals where you can boost your device while you’re on your travels.
Osaka is full of amazing sights to snap and share online, and it’s worth heading out far and wide from your hotel to explore all the city had to offer. One of the most photographed attractions in Osaka must be the iconic 180-foot-high tower of Osaka Castle, so see if you can get a good shot of the golden dolphins and tigers that adorn the roof. If you’re visiting in March or April, you’ll be able to capture one of Japan’s most famous spectacles – thousands of cherry and plum trees in beautiful full bloom. Or if you want to snap a selfie to really show off how special your stay in Osaka has been, head to the Floating Garden Observatory 567 feet above the city at the top of the Umeda Sky Building.
