Property is great for those who like a traditional western style accommodation. Spacious and great for familes. The washer/dryer was difficult to operate and took 2 cycles to dry a small batch of clothes.

初めての民泊利用でしたが大変素晴らしかったです。 スポーツイベントのため、教え子たち6人と宿泊しましたが、部屋も分けやすく、綺麗で使いやすい仕様でした。 大阪メトロ阿倍野駅6番出口(だったと思います)出て階段上がり振り返ればありました。あまりに近すぎて、最初横断歩道を渡ってしまい、振り返ったところで気がつき戻りました笑 チェックインは外入り口で番号入力、すぐ右手のタブレットに二次元バーコードを読み取らせてチェックイン。 うっかり先に上がってしまい、部屋の玄関が開かず一瞬？？？になりましたが、事前に何度もお知らせいただいていた資料をよく読み返すと、タブレット操作を飛ばしていました(^◇^;) (8月)暑くてヨレヨレのところ部屋を開けるとキンキンに冷房を入れておいてくれた部屋が出迎えてくれ、オーナーさんのお気遣いが伝わりました。 部屋やリネン、キッチン、お風呂、どれをちっても本当に綺麗で大満足。 安心のIHシステムキッチンで小中高生たちが夕飯を作ってくれました。 洗面所、トイレ、お風呂(向かいに別途シャワーブース)本当に便利な仕様で、みんな喜んで計画通りの時間に寝床に入ることができました。 ご家族やグループで行かれる方は絶対おすすめです！ 駅すぐなのに騒音もなくでした。 子どもたちは部屋に入れ、コーチはリビングのソファーベッドにお布団セットを仕込み寝ましたが、コーチが1番熟睡したかもしれません。とても居心地が良かったです。 冷暖房は、寝室3部屋と、リビングに設置されているので、それぞれ調整できて良いです！ 朝はバタバタと朝ごはん、片付け、掃除などしてギリギリに出発！ゴミは外出てすぐのゴミ捨て場に出して完了です。 阿倍野駅23分発に乗るのに15分に出発して間に合いました笑笑 そんな状態だった言い訳ですが、充電アダプタを忘れてしまい、そのことをメッセージするとすぐに！ご丁寧な梱包で送ってくださって、二日後には手元に。感謝感謝です。 本当におすすめの良い宿泊施設でした！ありがとうございました！ その他参考になれば↓ バスタオル、ハンドタオル、使い捨てスリッパ、ドライヤー、食器十分、食器洗剤、スポンジ、フライパン、鍋、生ゴミ水切りネット、などなどあります。 ※事前にザル、ボウル、フライパン2号、手鍋お願いしてお借りしました。 ※台拭き、食器拭き、は自分で買ってきました。 ※炊飯ジャーは5.5合炊き ※スーパーマーケットは横断歩道渡ってすぐに大きなお店があり100均もついてました。

家族7人で快適に利用できました！ 今回は家族7人で利用させていただきました。 車で向かいましたが、宿のすぐ近くに収容台数の多いコインパーキングがあり、移動もスムーズでとても便利でした。 周辺環境も充実しています。近くにコンビニやおしゃれなパン屋さんがあるほか、徒歩2分ほどの場所には美味しい焼き鳥屋さんもありました。当日はライブ後で疲れていたため夕飯が少し心配だったのですが、素敵なお店に巡り合えて大満足の夜になりました。 宿泊中に確認したいことがありオーナー様に連絡をさせていただきましたが、対応がとてもスムーズで終始安心して過ごすことができました。またぜひ利用したいです。
