The hotel is absolutely beautiful, and the staff was wonderful throughout our stay. Everyone was welcoming, friendly, and very helpful whenever we needed assistance. The hotel itself is clean, modern, and has a luxurious feel without being uncomfortable or overly formal. We really enjoyed our stay and would definitely recommend Candeo Hotels to anyone visiting Osaka. I would absolutely stay here again!

Beautiful property. Excellent buffet breakfast with breathtaking views. The location was also close enough to downtown Osaka and the train station for day trips into Kyoto. Nearby Osaka Castle was a disappointment and so were some of the street markets. Kyoto had the better attractions like the Arashiyama neighbourhood (not ghe bridge), the Banboo forest, The Pontocho Alley and the Fushimi inari shrine.

The hotel room was nice but it was a little weird that the bath and shower were glass and fully visible from the bedroom. The lounge was nice with complimentary snacks and drinks but I found 2130 close was kind of early, after sightseeing and dinner, it was hard getting back to the hotel in time to enjoy the lounge benefits. Rooftop bath was very nice although it was pretty crowded all the time.

Room is clean. Fantastic views. AC worked amazingly. Laundry room for self use works well. Staff friendly and helpful. It's not a long train ride to everything shopping wise. No microwave but not a deal breaker. Lunch and breakfast buffet appeared overpriced. Think you're paying for the view. Would stay again!

Good location. Room compact but perfectly ok (surprisingly no USB sockets). Rooftop hot bath was the highlight. Did not eat in the hotel so can’t comment there

Excellent place to stay with a family with childrens our view was fantastic, the buffet, the spa, clean , secure, good language to communicate with them definitely something to our family will remember for ever and ever. This hotek is one of the reason for our family to came back to Osaka!

The amenities were fantastic. There is the rooftop onsen with baths and showers (tattoo friendly). There is coin laundry on site (a wash is ¥700, the machine only takes ¥100 coins)and there is a Familymart directly downstairs. There is luggage transfer in the hotel reception and the staff are very friendly and helpful. Location is 5 mins walk from the subway Best and most luxurious I’ve been too. Cannot recommend enough

The room was very small, but the view made up for it. The Spa at the top is why you want to stay here. Overall, it’s a very nice hotel. We really love our stay there.
